Kit breakages or loss will be charged at their replacement cost or repair charge plus 15%.
Fuel for all vehicles hired will be charged at £1.00 per mile from base to base.
All our vehicles are ULEZ free. Congestion Charge will be added where applicable.
Consumables will be outlined on the quote and charged on the final invoice as used.
We reserve the right to request a deposit or pre payment for the hire of any of our goods & services.
All prices quoted on the website exclude VAT
We request final invoices to be paid within 30 days. Failure to do so will incur a 15% increase on the final invoice, which will increase at the same rate weekly, until such time as the debt is cleared. After 30 days the outstanding invoice will be handed to a debt collection agency. All extra fees incurred will be added to the final debt.
Cancellation Fees - On all confirmed jobs
Less than 24 hours prior to shoot date - 100% charge to be applied
Less than 48 hours prior to shoot date - 50% charge to be applied
Less than 72 hours prior to shoot date - 30% charge to be applied
